We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are looking to return your order, we are here to help!
We gladly accept returns for store credit only:
We have a 3-day return request and a 7-day return shipment policy.
Contact us here within: 3 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery.
Important!: We currently do not offer refunds on any items; we offer store credit only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original, sealed packaging . You will also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept cancellations or exchanges.

The following items cannot be returned:
Because of the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or special, personalized orders.
- Items on sale.
- Open products. (All products are enclosed in a sealed transparent bag which must remain sealed for returns.)
- Gift cards. (Coming soon)
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Contact us here to provide details on which products you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We cannot accept open product returns or provide store credit for them.
- We cannot provide store credit for items that do not reach us. We recommend shipping the item back with a tracking number so you can track it.
- We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you will receive a code for store credit by email.
Returns details
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. You can return your product for store credit, minus the cost of original shipping.
- We do not provide return shipping labels.
- All returns are accepted at our legal address in California, United States. It will be provided in the return instructions.
- Shipping cost is not refundable.
- Seller makes a refund only after receiving the return shipment. If the item is not returned in its original condition, we cannot accept the return or provide store credit.
- Seller is not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit. It is the buyer's responsibility to track a return shipment and/or resolve any related USPS issues.
- Please include free/mystery gifts in your return shipment. The price of any missing free gifts will be deducted from your store credit.
- When the order is returned because of an incorrect address or an unavailable location, the order could be shipped again to the correct address at the customer's request. For repeated shipping of the returned orders, buyers are responsible for new shipping costs.The new shipment will be arranged after payment of the new shipping fee by the customer.
- Seller is responsible for the shipping cost only if the buyer has received the wrong item.
Damages and issues
Shop of Posh is not responsible for items that are lost or arrive damaged. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact USPS with your tracking number to resolve the issue immediately if the item is defective or damaged.
