Shipping policy

Important!

We can only ship to a postal address in the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping services. 

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. Due to random delays by the post office, we are unable to provide any delivery date guarantees right now. We can only promise that your order will be shipped within one business week, unless notified otherwise. After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping.

Current production time: 5-7 business days. Thank you so much for supporting Shop of Posh; we appreciate your patience. Since all items are handmade on demand by artists, our current production time is a minimum of 5-7 business days. Shipping rates are determined at checkout and are based upon delivery address and total order weight. Orders placed with free shipping will also adhere to this schedule and method of shipping. 

Damages and issues

Shop of Posh is not responsible for items that are lost during transit, are stolen or arrive damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact USPS with your tracking number to resolve the issue immediately if the item is defective or damaged.

We cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once it is in the possession of USPS. USPS is responsible for delivering your package on your delivery date. If you have questions about shipping and/or delivery please contact us here. 

If you receive a wrong item, please contact us here so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note: Free shipping is applied for some items as a promotional tool. It is applied only for the first shipping of the order. Free shipping cannot be applied for the second shipping of returned items. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs for the repeated shipping of returned orders for any reason, even if the primary shipping was free. The new shipping will be arranged after payment of shipping fees by the customer.
